Welcome to Lillyfields Care

We provide Home Care (Domiciliary Care) to people in Petersfield, East Hampshire and West Sussex.

This Website, we hope, will give you an outline of the Services we provide, our guiding principles to providing excellent care and the value we bring.

We are a "family" run Professional Home Care Agency based in Petersfield at the centre of the New Southdowns National Park, Hampshire.

(we are not a franchise or big corporate company)

Lillyfields is run by Diane Jones RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse)

Diane has many Years experience in Hospital, Nursing Homes, Care Homes including ESMI units (Elderly Severely Mentally ill) and Care at Home with adults over 18 Years of age.

For all the Lillyfields Team, CARE is more than just a process, we see it as a PRIVILEGE to be invited to provide quality care and support in the comfort and safety of your own home

Stay warm and healthy over winter (from SCOPE UK)

Keep Warm Keep Well, a national government campaign targeting the reduction of cold-related illnesses and deaths during winter, offers tips and advice on keeping you and your family warm and well this winter.

You can find information on financial assistance, such as grants and benefits, that are available to you to help make your home warmer or simply to assist you in meeting the financial demands of your heating bills.

Keep Warm Keep Well produces informative leaflets that are available for those who want further information on how to stay warm and well through the cold winter months. Look out for them in your local supermarket, GP’s surgery, local pharmacy or Council offices. You can also view all the information online at Keep Warm Keep Well

Check:

Have you enough Medication

Have you enough Credit on your electric/gas meter (if pre-pay)

Make sure the critical daily things you need will last you a few days.

However, our understanding is that all Care Agencies and Health Professionals managed to get to Service Users in Petersfield and the surrounding area in the last Snow fall, albiet with cold feet!

Age Concern and Help the Aged have now joined forces to become Age UK

We received a message this week informing us that

"Age UK is the new force combining Age Concern and Help the Aged. We will be known by our new name from Spring 2010. The Age UK family includes Age Scotland' Age Cymru and Age NI"

Spoof Calls!!

It would appear that some Care Agencies are more concerned about making spoof calls to Lillyfields rather than focusing on their Customers.

We have been sent to bogus addresses, asked to provide Client Guides to bogus "customers".

We are a small home care business that is big on CARE, that is big on PASSION and big on the COMMUNITY in which we live in and if another Care Agency wants to work with us and help us develop together even better care then please contact us directly.but please, don't try and distract us from our customers it is at best childish and at worse Un-professional
