Run by a qualified health professional (Register Mental Health Nurse RMN) Lillyfields is committed to support adults in their own homes from those with MS, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, the frail and other conditions.
We are a family-run, professional Home Care agency; we are not a franchise or a big corporate organisation and are regarded by many as one of the top agencies in East Hampshire and West Sussex.

Lillyfields is owned and managed by Diane Jones RMN (Registered Mental Nurse) who has established excellent working relationships with local Adult Services, GP's and Health Units.
Diane has many years experience in hospitals, nursing homes, care homes including ESMI units (Elderly Severely Mentally ill) and Care at Home with adults.
