Lillyfields is run by Diane Jones RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse).  

Diane has many Years experience in Hospital, Nursing Homes, Care Homes including ESMI units (Elderly Severely Mentally ill) and Care at Home with adults over 18 Years of age.

Call-Out in thick Snow - Although we

support people 365 days of the Year we were glad to help during the recent heavy snow when we received an emergency evening call from Social Services for someone who had no heating. Although it took us a little longer to get access because of the snow we are glad to say that by late evening and working with Social Services we were able to help both to restore the heating and get some addtional medicine that was required - the only suffering was very cold feet on our part!
