This Website, we hope, will give you an outline of the Services we provide, our guiding principles to providing excellent care and the value we bring.

We are a "family" run Professional Home Care Agency based in Petersfield at the centre of the New South Downs National Park, Hampshire.(we are not a franchise or big corporate company)

Lillyfields is run by Diane Jones RMN (Registered Mental Nurse).  

Diane has many Years experience in Hospital, Nursing Homes, Care Homes including ESMI units (Elderly Severely Mentally ill) and Care at Home with adults over 18 Years of age.

For all the Lillyfields Team, CARE is more than just a process, we see it as a PRIVILEGE to be invited to provide quality care and support in the comfort and safety of your own home.

 Age UK is the new force combining Age Concern and Help the Aged. they are now known as 

Age UK which includes Age Scotland' Age Cymru and Age NI."

Quality, empathy, compassion and care come from within, the technical stuff we can train you on

We do not short change our Clients or staff, we allow travel time between clients and expect all staff to be with our Clients the full alocated time so they get the service and support they need and our staff don't feel presurised in curtailing that support becuase of travel time presures
