PERSONAL CARE

HOME FROM HOSPITAL

Make sure home is warm and aired

Bed prepared and made

Food and drinks in fridge etc

Make home generally welcoming and safe for Client and all things in place in co-ordination with medical team/district nurse and family etc

Provide T.L.C. visits whilst recovering from stay in hospital

DOMESTIC SUPPORT - HOME HELP

(Cleaning, Gardening etc)

We also understand that some people will require just general support around the home.

Whether it is giving your home a spring clean or on a more regular basis or getting one of our gardeners to cut your lawn and trim the Plants and Hedges you cannot reach.

Our Domestic and Maintenance staff can be provided either in addition to our Personal Care Service or Independently

Please Note:

 

Our Gardening and domestic Staff are not trained in Personal Care unless stated. they are trained in the key principles of Health and Safety, Protection of Vunerable Adults and Privacy.

They are all fully Secuirty checked by us.

You will find they are considerate and supportive in a practical and friendly manner and are no less important in terms of providing you with excellent service and support than our Professional Carers 

 We cannot describe all our services because we design our Services around each Clients needs and of course no Two people are alike and therefore no Two Care Plans are the same and that is why we only offer professional and dedicated staff
