Help protect the security and safety of our Clients and help safegua
rd against abuse and neglect.
Promote and give confidence to our Clients as to their independence within the home and in the community.
Revaluate on a regular basis with our Clients and their families their changing needs, to ensure that there is no over dependency on us or other agencies which could undermine their own confidence.
Protect and promote our Clients’ dignity and right to self determination.
Listen and understand our Clients concerns, wishes and feeling and act
upon them where practical.
Relationship between the Client and the care team is monitored by
management on a regular basis, to ensure the care statement is being delivered and that
we are meeting at least our Statement of Purpose.
Invest in the service we provide and try to maximise the “extra values” we
want to give to our Clients.

Engage with other agencies, such as Social Services,
Commission for Quality Care (CQC), Local Authorities,
Health Trusts to provide continuity where required.
Team meetings are held and that
communication from management to Staff to Client and
back is seamless, timely and effective.
Work with CQC, Adult Services and other organisations to promote
new polices and procedures and implement them.
