Our Charges
In the current climate we regonise that people who were once supported by the local authorities are now, for whatever reason, not receiving or having their monies reduced
Lillyfields Care as therefore tried to keep its pricing at the very edge but without compromising training and support of the main care team. We have often found in our region that Lillyfields Care are priced even cheaper than a normal private domestic cleaner would charge.
How and why we do this is because the very ethos of Lillyfields is Care and our Client comes before commerlisiam and although we need to keep in the black we do not look to over "profit" just cover our costs.
Although each Client has their own Personlised Care Plan to match their needs, our costs are based on a simple cost per hour, 45 mins, 30min segments or our Pop-in service (which is the typical costing structure for Domiciliary Care in the UK).
For those receiving Direct Funding in either Hampshire or West Sussex we will honour the pricing given to Adult Services in these Regions
OUR PROMISE:
- Every Client will receive a breakdown of the charges in writing as part of the Care Plan Proposal.
- There are NO hidden costs; we will only charge what we have pre-agreed with the Client and as stated in the Care Plan Proposal.
- Any changes to the agreed charges whether asked for by the Client or Lillyfields will be given in writing with plenty of notice.
- Invoices will detail the work and charges and match that of the contract - always.
- All charges are Inclusive of mileage/travel
How do you pay for your Care?
There are a number of options open to you and in most cases, you should speak first with your local County Council’s Social Services or Adult Service Department to see if they can help.
We have tried to provide a list of excellent Websites and Contact information in our
FUNDING section section on Funding
Seeking Independent Advice
NO Professional Care Agency in the UK should try to sell you more than you need for commercial gain.
If you feel that any Care Agency is trying to recommend a level or Care and Cost that is not acceptable to YOU, say NO in the first instance.
Then we would advice that you seek INDEPENDENT advice from a TRUSTED family member or friend. If this is not possible, the Local Adult Services Department at your County Council may appoint an Advocate to assist you.
Remember, if you feel you have been pressured in to signing a contract or receiving services you did not ask for you can report this through a number of official organisations.
