Below we have listed some background of the people who work with us to support our Clients in their own homes.
You will notice that our Carers are the top of our list!
CARERS
We try to select Carers not just on their formal and work experience but also for their people skills and the ability to empathise with our Clients.
In all cases, they will go through an initial basic training programme before
being allowed to visit our Clients' homes under supervision, all of which is actively monitored by Lillyfields' Management.
All our Carers will review their development objectives and progress every 3 months with Lillyfields Management. This helps to ensure that our Staff are developing their care skills and also has motivational benefits.
CARE STANDARDS MANAGER
Jane Morris, Care Standards Manager: Jane has 13 years experience in care, has worked in care homes and domiciliary care, and has achieved her NVQ 2 and 3 in social care,
Jane is responsible for maintaining standards of care in the field, supervision and monitoring of carer staff, assisting with staff appraisals and liaising with management.

Sarah, although young, has a number of years experience in providing Care and with it a fantastic ability to make each of our Clients feel that their views and feelings really do count
